Marinakei (or Marina) is a EGL fashion (A.K.A. Lolita fashion) enthusiast and content creator based in the USA. Marina is a U.S. Latine who loves only wearing pink and makes content to show the nuances of the alternative Japanese fashion community in the US. She predominantly wears Lolita fashion since 2015. She has always had an interest in alternative fashions in her teens. Do not be fooled by the pink, feminine soft aesthetic, as she has been an active voice to uplift marginalized voices in the Western Lolita fashion community, and works to normalize Black and Brown voices in Lolita fashion.

Marina is the host of Frill Talk: Listen to Real Voices, a Lolita fashion podcast to bring awareness of the good and the bad of niche alternative fashion spaces in the US and beyond.  

Marina has been featured in several online media pieces for activism and efforts of encouraging and normalizing POC and marginalized presence in Japanese alternative fashion spaces in the US.
